School Play Update

Due to incoming weather, the middle school basketball games in Chase County have been canceled tonight.

Patrons, With the second semester starting quickly with activities, I wanted to notify you of the following schedules. 1/10 HS Basketball @ Wabaunsee 4:30 pm - JV Boys 6:00 pm - V Girls/C Boys 7:30 pm - V Boys/JV Girls 1/13 HS Basketball @ Council Grove 5:00 pm - V Girls V Boys to follow 1/14 HS Basketball @ Chase County 4:30 pm - JV Boys 6:00 pm - V Girls/C Boys 7:30 pm - V Boys/JV Girls 1/2 Winter Royalty has been moved to 1/31.

USD 421 Lyndon Schools will be closed Wednesday, January 8th. Please stay safe and warm.

Patrons, Due to inclement weather, the junior high basketball game at West Franklin scheduled for tomorrow January 6 has been canceled.

Cair Paravel is excited to host Lyndon High School and families for High School basketball on 12/10/24. *HS basketball CPLS vs Lyndon *Location: Cair Paravel Latin School 635 SW Clay Street, Topeka *Order of play: 4:30 JV boys 6:00 Varsity girls 7:30 Varsity boys *First game will start at 4:30. *Please do not attempt to arrive prior to 4:00 due to after-school pick-up *We have 1 gym and 1 court. All games will be played in the same gym. *Concessions will be available *Admissions: $6 adult and $4 students

Due to MS basketball gams tonight, there will not be an LHS boys' basketball parent meeting. The meeting has been rescheduled to Tuesday, November 19, at 5:30 pm.

The LMS basketball games against West Franklin have been rescheduled for December 12th starting at 4:30 pm. The schedule will be the following; HS GYM: 1/2 A Girls - Full A Boys LEMS GYM: 1/2 C Boys - Full C Girls If you have any questions please call the LHS office. Thank you.

LHS will have a Boy's Basketball parent meeting in the High School cafeteria at 6 pm on Monday, November 18th.

Lyndon USD 421 is accepting applications for a driver for our Flint Hills Technical College students. This route leaves from the school at approximately 7:00am and returns by 12:00pm, Monday-Friday. If interested, please apply here: https://lyndon.tedk12.com/hire/index.aspx

PLEASE Note: The KSDE Body Venture Event is still on Tuesday, November 19th. The only change is the set-up time. If you or a family memeber signed up to help with the setting-up the Body Venture event we are now setting up on Monday, November 18th from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Please make adjustments as needed on the sign-up and pass on the word. I apologize for this change. I did not learn of this until late yesterday. If you are still interested in signing up, we could really use help setting up on Monday, November 18th at 5:30pm to set up and then again on Tuesday, November 19th at 11am to tear down after the event.
