Below you will find the registration forms and deadlines for the sports and activities that the LRC provides. All registration forms and registration fees will be due by the deadline date. Any forms or fees after the deadline date will be subject to a late fee or possibility of not being able to participate.

If you are in need of financial assistance to participate in a sport or activity you will need to fill out the scholarship form and submit it to Michael Massey at Lyndon High School or send it via email at masseym@usd421.org.
